Expectations: Our team aims for CE each tier, however we also value our comfy atmosphere so pushing for progress happens within those bounds. Our raid leader makes sure constructive feedback is provided where appropriate to give everyone a chance to perform at their highest potential. Attendance should be high for all our raiders. To combat raids being cancelled we are looking to be a healthy 23-25 man roster. This means everyone might be benched at times. We will try to make this as fair as possible but on progression class and performance will have a higher prio. However we also understand that IRL can happen, so as long as it does not happen frequently you will not be punished for having to step out of raids. Our team values easy going and friendly people who enjoy playing in a guild atmosphere, outside of raids as well as during.
